Ask the Body, Balance and Communication - and yet it is a health care system complex enough to incorporate the latest in western medical research, and the best from many other health systems. That's why it has such a success rate - it can connect to the unique requirement of each person."
- Ask: the body can be asked what the health needs are through biofeedback testing. By establishing a Yes/No communication between the practitioner and client the body can instruct the practitioner what its balancing priorities are and in what sequence in order to optimize its ability to heal.
- Balance: BodyTalk is based on the principle that the body is capable of healing itself at all levels – as evidenced by the healing process that is automatically initiated when a person cuts a finger or twists an ankle, the stress of daily living can compromise this innate healing and lead to degeneration and illness. BodyTalk serves to remind the bodymind to direct its healing attention to these neglected or compromised areas.
- Communication: Linking is the key to the new paradigm of BodyTalk sessions. Good health is predicated on optimum communication among all the systems of the body. The practitioner asks the body what organs, endocrines, body parts, etc need to be linked in order to re-establish good communication and facilitate healing.
The tapping procedure is one of the most important developments in the BodyTalk System. Tapping on the body to get it to focus on healing has been used by some indigenous holistic systems, such as yoga, for centuries. Exaggerated breathing is often used to help the body locate and target the corrections. Inhaling scans the higher frequencies of the bodymind including thoughts and emotions, while exhaling scans the denser frequencies – tissue, muscle and bone.
’“Smile - Your Body is talking The Language of Health!”
The BodyTalk System restores the internal communications systems in the body, and the body heals itself.
IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE.
