I been working in the business world and have spent over 20 years helping companies with their Human Resources and change management needs. While I have enjoyed my time in this environment, I always knew that there was more for me out there. While it certainly served to feed the pocketbook, it somehow consistently fell short of feeding my soul adequately.
This desire to find something that fed my soul led me to seek out various non-traditional healing modalities. I was first introduced to alternative healthcare modalities over 16 years ago and I have since gone on to study Reiki, Reflexology, Shamanism and Bodytalk.. I am a Reiki Master, Reflexologist, Certified BodyTalk Practitioner and a student of Shamanism.
I was first introduced to the incredible BodyTalk System in 2004 and I have been certified as a practitioner since the spring of 2006. My own changes in health compelled me to go on and study this incredible Energy Medicine system. I finally found something that completely encompassed my own personal healing philosophy of inclusion of all forms of healthcare – both traditional and non-traditional.

I am honoured to be a Certified Bodytalk Practitioner and am conveniently located on the Mississauga/Oakville border and have clients from the Toronto-West, Peel and Halton areas.
